How you will benefit

Imagine if your employees were not just aligned with your company’s vision, but they were also self-driven and self-motivated to create results and achieve the goals set.

That’s exactly what your organization will be like when you create a culture of accountability.

But how do you create a culture of accountability?

Contrary to old-school beliefs, you don’t need to become a helicopter manager or micro-manage every task. Verne Harnish has discovered that a culture of accountability can be created by establishing 3 disciplines.

In this workshop, our experts will show you how to establish these 3 disciplines to create a culture of accountability so you can accelerate business growth in 2020 and beyond.

Setting Priorities

Without setting priorities, the OPVS can be confusing for your team leaders and employees. Where do you start? Who is in charge of what? What’s the next step? To create focus and alignment, it’s really important to break down your organization’s priorities into individual priorities that are aligned with the overall vision.

Gathering Data

Does your organization have sufficient data to provide insight into how the organization is running and what the market is demanding? Does everyone in the organization have at least one key daily or weekly metric driving his or her performance? When you have the systems to gather this kind of data, your employees will develop the clarity and foresight that keeps them motivated and accountable.

Meetings and communication rhythms

To maintain alignment and drive accountability, you need to establish an effective rhythm of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings. Meeting rhythms keeps everyone informed, aligned and accountable, and helps everyone make better and faster decisions.
