MBD All Access: Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Changes

  • The MBD All-Access  Membership Licensing for teams starts at a minimum of five (5) MBD All-Access members and unlimited Edge members. This is the smallest team package available (for team pricing).
  • The MBD All-Access  Membership Licensing for a single seat includes one (1) MBD All-Access  seat and one (1) Edge seat for one single member.
  • You can increase the number of members at each level at any time. To upgrade an MBD All-Access  Membership, send a written request with the total number of new MBD or Edge members to support@growthinstitute.com
  • MBD All-Access  Membership plans can be downgraded (decrease the number of maximum seats) with a period of notice of 60 days. To make changes to the contracted membership, submit a written request to support@growthinstitute.com.
  • Changes to your contracted membership may result in a pricing adjustment. 
  • Changing allocated The Edge and MBD All-Access members within the contracted seat limits is allowed. Please refer to the “Access to Content” section for information on what is included at each level.
  • MBD All-Access team seats can be transferred at any time with the following restrictions:
  • Each allotted MBD All-Access seat can only be transferred a maximum of two (2) times per membership year, allowing for a total of three (3) members to use the seat.
  • While a member is actively enrolled in a Master Business Course coached cohort, they cannot transfer their MBD All-Access seat. (Please refer to enrollment rules in the “Master Business Course Coached Cohort Enrollment” section)

 

2. Access to Content


The Edge members have access to:
  • All Learning Suites
  • Daily Dose of The Edge
  • Weekly Conversations at The Edge
  • Edge Pathways

MBD All-Access members have access to:
  • All “The Edge” content 
  • All Master Business Courses (Coached)
  • All Master Business Courses (Self-paced)
  • Monthly Coaches’ Corner
  • Monthly Amplify Talks

  • Members will have access to their content as long as they are part of an active user account through the MBD All-Access Membership.
  • MBD All-Access team members downgraded to The Edge members may retain access to any MBC-coached cohorts they participated in as long as they earned a certificate of completion of that course and are still active users within the membership. 

 

3. Master Business Course Coached Cohort Enrollment

  • MBD All-Access  members can enroll in a coached cohort of a Master Business Course up to the day of the third scheduled live session.
  • MBD All-Access  members can choose to unenroll from an active Master Business Course coached cohort up to the day of the third scheduled live session. If unenrolled, MBD All-Access  members will lose access to this specific cohort.
  • The maximum number of cohorts MBD All-Access  members can enroll in simultaneously is two (2). However, MBD All-Access  members are recommended to only enroll in one (1) cohort at a time.
  • An MBD All-Access  member will be unenrolled automatically from a Master Business Course if there is no recorded progress in the course by the day of the third scheduled live session.

4. Cancelation policy

To cancel your MBD All-Access  Membership, you must provide Growth Institute with at least 60 days’ notice to support@growthinstitute.com. Growth Institute’s refund policy is valid within the first thirty (30) days after the membership start date.
